The role of the main man is performed by Neil Archer, a Midlands based guy from Ireland, who has captured the essence of a very difficult performer to emulate, with both the raspy vocals and unique guitar technique.
Chris Rea is a one off in many ways, but Neil and a vastly experienced band of musicians behind him will provide a fabulous live experience for what remains a huge and loyal fan base. I
It's very unlikely now that Chris will be performing live any more, sadly due to his well documented serious health problems, but these songs need to be heard in the live arena.
Come along and enjoy this tribute to an iconic musician. It will be well worth it.
