According to TCM, food is medicine, and the best way to eat is in accordance with your natural environment and your body constitution. Every meal and tea pairing at Re:Qi Urban Revival is part of a personalized curation based on your body constitution. Expect tantalizing meals fusing traditional Chinese medicinal foods with modern Asian flavors, developed through an exciting collaboration with our TCM physician and Asian Fine Dining chef!

Alcohol often has a bad name, but TCM has a much more nuanced view on it. In fact, the Chinese have a long history of using alcohol for healing purposes - it has been used as the base for medicinal concoctions to enhance the efficacy of herbs. It is also known for vitalizing the spleen, liver, stomach, and small intestine, and promoting circulation of the blood and qi, when consumed in moderation and “prescribed” based on the individual’s body constitution.

There is no good or bad food for everyone. The key is balance and moderation. So yes, at Re:Qi Urban Revival, cocktails are celebrated! Your self-discovery continues after dinner - sip into a functional TCM cocktail as you unwind after a day-long engaging experiences.
