Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork can support you if you are:
Overcoming loss or working through major transition in life
Experiencing Anxiety, Depression or other symptoms as you process change and transition
Seeing a talk therapist but feeling stagnant in your progress with talk therapy sessions
Dedicated to a fully aligned life in mind, body, and spirit
Wanting to break through stagnancy to reach your fullest potential
Looking to release despair and grief and bring in joy and prosperity…

Through Re-Inspire & Release Breathwork, we create an environment where the access to long held emotions stuck within the body can be released. To get our nervous system out of the trauma response, we must allow it to fully cycle through the emotions needed to bring it out of a contracted state. Expression of these emotions is paramount. Once expressed, the nervous system receives the signal that it is safe to let go of the constriction. We can rewrite a new story.
How Do We Do This?
Safe and nurturing environment
Personalized support from start to finish
Conscious Connected Breathing - a potent technique linked to the central nervous system
90-minute session: Activate, release, affirm, and find well-being in a new space

The Technique:
Our breath is directly linked to our central nervous system. Each breath we take brings us closer to a flight or fight state (sympathetic) or rest & digest state (parasympathetic). Utilizing Conscious Connected Breathing is one of the most effective breathing techniques that enables us to access the deepest layers of our emotions and the unprocessed patterns that our nervous system is still holding onto. It’s a breathing pattern that encourages a change in our being.
Through our session, we will first activate our nervous system to highlight the areas within our nervous system and body that are needing to release suppressed emotions. Studies have shown that over an extended period of continuous breathing, the prefrontal cortex and default mode network begin to quiet down. This provides us access to our subconscious mind and a clearer pathway to feeling what is actually present without our thinking mind distracting us. Here, we are providing ourselves with an invaluable opportunity to feel our true feelings, express what is asking to be expressed and tap into our clearest sense of intuition
We close the session by slowing our breathing down, filling our psyche with affirmations and feelings of well being within this new found space.

The Facilitators:
Johnny Longinidis is a Breathwork Facilitator and Trainer who has studied a multitude of techniques over the last 10 years from Functional Breathing of Oxygen Advantage to Rebirthing Breathwork of the world renowned Dan Brule to Somatic Breathwork of Steven Jaggers. In addition to his own methodology, Johnny is a a 300 RYT yoga instructor certified under the Baptiste Methodology and a Level 1 Usui Reiki Practitioner
