This playful two-day retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your heart’s deepest fire, guided by the wisdom of horses. In their quiet, powerful presence, you’ll rediscover what moves you, inspires you, and brings alive your Radiance.
What You’ll Experience:
· Gentle breath-work and grounding practices to open our hearts and clear space for the passion to return
· Heart–to-heart centered experiences with horses that awaken your authenticity, creativity, and purpose
· Time for journaling, reflection, and creative expression
· Practices to soften stress and release what blocks your inner spark

Important Information: The activities will be taking place outdoors amongst gardens, orchards, and farm animals. Please dress accordingly, wear closed toe shoes, and bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle.
Workshop Details:
*Please note the activities with the horses are on the ground only. No experience is needed. The fee will include snacks, light lunch, beverages and the creative materials required for each full day of the retreat.

Beautiful and private Forget Me Not Farm, on the Westside of Santa Rosa, on Highway 12 West, 5345 Highway 12 Santa Rosa, CA 95407, (Behind the Sonoma Humane Society.)
Set in an outcropping of orchards, gardens, farm animals and our equine partners. “Hearts To Hearts With Horses”, is an outdoor experience allowing us to reconnect to our natural environment and nurture our state of being.
Date: Saturday and Sunday, October 25th and 26th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm each day.
Fee: Two-Full Day Retreat: $495.00
Single-Day Retreat attendance will be available if space allows, Fee: $275.00
(Space is limited to ensure an intimate and supportive experience.)

Meet your host Kim Seng
Kim is a Professional Equine Practitioner and Director of Standing Horse, LLC. An Equine Assisted Coaching and Learning Modality, offering “Hearts To Hearts With Horses” - adult private sessions, workshops and retreats and “Standing Strong with Horses” - kids and teen programs.
She holds certifications in Equine Coaching and Education, Equine Facilitated Learning, Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Center Riding Instructor and Professional Equine Trainer in the "True Nature of the Horse."
Meet my co-facilitator, Leta Laborde
Leta is a retired chiropractor and kinesiologist, Dr. Leta Laborde has been practicing and teaching integrated healthcare and mindbody coaching for over 40 years. Her passion continues to be reminding her clients to slow down and listen to their inner wisdom and live from a place of wholeness and self-love.
Leta currently brings her love of sharing emtional, mental and spiritual resilience tools to Kim's remarkable Hearts To Hearts With Horses workshops and retreats.
