In the inspiring setting of Forget Me Not Farm, you’ll be introduced to the intuitive wisdom of equines and their ability to mirror our emotions and intentions. Through guided hands-on "Touch Techniques" with Equine Facilitator and Coach Kim Seng, you’ll explore opening up channels of energy, allowing for a deepened connection to the Heart Chakra and our Meridian Flow of Energy.

Mindful Breath Work

Breath work along with deepened connection techniques and embodying your surroundings and the physical senses to be fully present in the moment with equines will be explored. Breath encourages relaxation and self-awareness as you tune into your Body, Heart and Emotions. We will be practicing outdoors in the embrace of nature’s majestic beauty.

Horses as Healers and Guides

Horses are known to be a perfect mirror of our souls, offering immediate insight into what thoughts and intentions we are generating and creating at any given moment without judgment. Partnering with horses allows us to explore and discover things about ourselves we would not ordinarily realize. Playful in nature, horses open us up to experiencing the joy of living in the present moment. Allow the experiential activities with our equines to empower your FLOW and evoke your AWE. Delight in the vibrational dance with these magnificent creatures!

Visual Expression

Let your creative side play! A visual expression is a creative way to tap into and express your feelings and emotions by playing on the non-linear right side of your brain. Unleash your creativity using collage paper, magazine pictures, color pens, crayons, paints and found items. You will take home a visual representation of your experience that is a powerful tool to manifest the expression of self within your heart's dreams and desires.

Beautiful and private Forget Me Not Farm, in the Westside of Santa Rosa, off Highway 12 West, 5345 Highway 12 Santa Rosa, CA 95407 (behind the Humane Society).

Set in an outcropping of orchards, gardens, farm animals and our equine partners the workshop is an outdoor experience allowing us to reconnect to our natural environment and state of being.

Lunch

Lunch, snacks, an assortment of teas, coffee, and beverages are all inclusive and prepared with healthy, organic ingredients, local where possible. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available. Please let us know of any dietary needs or restrictions when registering. Meet your host Kim Seng

Kim is a Professional Equine Facilitator and Director of Standing Horse, LLC. ( An Equine Assisted Activities and Learning Methods, offering Heart To Heart With Horses - adult sessions, workshops and retreats and Standing Strong with Horses - kids and teen programs.)

She holds certifications in Equine Coaching and Education, Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy, Therapeutic Riding Instructor, Center Riding Instructor and Profession Trainer in the "True Nature of the Horse."

My work with horses has been a life long journey and passion, which started over 40 years ago at an equine rescue facility. The nurturing and rehabilitating of these majestic animals jump started my understanding of how they are mistreated and misunderstood. Their hearts are forgiving and willing to release to move past emotional trauma. This was an eye opening observation to the lessons I learned with horses. I continue to work with horses and owners in relationship training to teach the "True Nature of the Horse", helping the human to develop an understanding from the horses prospective. While working in the horse and human relationship field, I started looking at other areas that horses were making an impact on personal growth and health. I personally moved into this area of working with youth and adults on physical, mental and emotional levels.

Over the last 20 years, I have worked in the method of Equine Assisted Learning and Therapy with organizations and therapists. This work has allowed me to hone my skills and knowledge to develop programs, to train staff and to lead facilitation teams. I am living my dream and mission by contributing to the emotional and social growth, with participants in engaging, stimulating, equine activities that have current real-life content.
