Icons and pictograms are among the oldest forms of visual communication. From ancient markings on cave walls to tiny symbols on our screens, these visual cues have remained one of the most effective ways to convey information, guide action, and help us navigate the world with clarity.
Michael Steven Forrest, Creative Director at Counter Brand & Type—an Orlando design studio working with clients like Meta, PepsiCo, AdventHealth, and MyRadar—will share his experience and approach to designing tight, frictionless iconographic systems that support and enhance a brand’s visual identity.
