Re:Generate is a workshop that leverages the power of art and body movement to regenerate, heal and create community.We will first engage in a hands-on activity to identify re:generate focus areas and select to-keep gifts to identify goals for the workshop. We will then engage in a grounding meditation and gently transition into intentionally and joyfully moving more parts of the body. Third, we will dig into a convivial, fun generative art activity and conclude with a sharing activity complemented by refreshments.
*Registration fee is inclusive of art materials, refreshments and gifts-to-keep.
