Don Wright and Rusty Nail perform locally in the Broken Arrow/Tulsa communities. They met each other in 2023 at the Rose District Farmers Market. It was their passion for music that brought them together and ever since a great friendship has been built. Don has been involved in the music scene since 1975 and Rusty began playing the guitar in 1981 while serving in the United States Navy. Don has been a judge at Blues competitions in Illinois, Tennessee and Missouri. He is the founder and served as President of the Blues Society in Decatur, Illinois. Rusty has performed country music at numerous events throughout Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. He was voted Top Vocalist in 2000 and Male Vocalist of the Year in 2004 while in Texas. Over time these two have created ways to incorporate both the Blues and Country music into an act which is now known as Mojo Cowboys. Both are talented artists and together they enjoy keeping crowds engaged and involved. We think you will find Mojo Cowboys to be energetic as well as entertaining.
