Meet the Hosts
Sandra Denicke, Assistant Dean, School of Architecture
Sandra is an architect and National Teaching Fellow. Her research addresses the complex relationship between architectural practice and education.
As the Assistant Dean (Education) at the School of Architecture, Sandra joined the RCA championing inclusivity in architectural education and advocating the development of alternative pathways to engage with spatial practice and the architectural profession.
Hermione Wiltshire, Senior Tutor, Photography MA
Hermione's work, which examines maternity, gender politics and modernity, is held in major collections including the Arts Council, the Walker Arts collection and the Weltkunst Collection.
Hermione studied Sculpture at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London, at BA level followed by an MA at Chelsea School of Art.
She has presented papers at many conferences and given lectures about her work and related topics both national and internationally. She has also taught at numerous art schools including Istanbul, Turkey and Italy.
Jeroen van Dijk, Marketing Manager, RCA
Jeroen van Dijk joined the Royal College of Art as Marketing Manager in 2022 and supports with external and on-campus events both in London and across the globe.
Jeroen is an architectural history and heritage professional whose research centres on LGBTQ+ perspectives on the built environment. He has researched queer heritage in London and Amsterdam, focusing on queer memorials and nightlife.
