Would like to present 2nd annual central ohio rc semi & equipment show. DON'T MISS IT PLENTYTO DO AND SEE!!!!! I have decided to change a few things for this show. Went with a different building this year (fully enclosed) closer to the restrooms. This building should allow us to control the climate and dust levels better. The event will be 3 days. Setup will begin Friday May 16th. If you would like to help setup or vendor that would like to attend please message Jeremy heimerl. Vendors setup will be Friday @3pm. Show will start Saturday 17th at 8am and go till we decide in driver's meetings. We will be having driver meeting at 8:30am both mornings. Saturday 17th show 8am-till? Sunday 18th show 8am-9pm. Public/spectators will be both Saturday and sunday 9am to 6pm. Fees are as follows:
12yrs & Under free (with parent)
drivers $30day/$50weekend
Spectators $7
senior spectators $5
Spectators dont remove wristbands
covers both days.
Vendors $100weekend(one weekend driver fee included) 10'x10' limited to 2 spaces max per vendor
vendor's crew required driver fee

Tamiya semi kit raffle
Each raffle is separate $5per ticket or 5tickets for $20
Tickets will be available Saturday and Sunday at entrance til 10mins before drawing begins.
There will be one large concrete area for play, large amounts of rubber to dig and transport, roads, bridges, loading docks, parking areas, roads will lead around the perimeter of play area adjacent large dirt area with mounds of dirt to dig, separate, shift, transport, building, shape, will have group construction projects, and semi pulls(depending on the amount of interest). Truck show sunday at noon, night ride daily (low light truck parade), bleachers for spectators to sit, watch and enjoy. Corn play box for kiddies. Final layout on setup will be decided upon event. Building will be fully locked at night with staff on site. There is unlimited possibilities and we are not limited by time so let's make this an event that no one will want to miss next year.🤘
Show is limited to scale rc semi, construction, agricultural, and military items only please.

Food truck will be on site both days. Camping available $35 a day electric &water(notify Jeremy in advance please) !! Quiet time @ 10pm-7AM. Pets welcomed (leash law applies). Many local hotels to choose from within minutes of location.
