Join us for some Radio Controlled Car Racing in Coventry on Monday Evening - all abilities welcome. The club car is available for taster sessions and newcomers wanting to try out the hobby (message on the FB group to arrange ahead of the evening)Location / Agenda:
Wyken Community Centre, Westmorland Rd, Coventry CV2 5PY.
- Doors open at 6pm and racing should be underway by 6:50pm.
- We aim to fit in 3 qualifiers and 2 finals.
- Racing finished and packed away by 10pm
- Multiple heats for those wanting to enjoy driving and racing at all levels of ability
Payment:
- Payment by PayPal on arrival to [email protected] (Friends and Family). We will then check payment and book you into the relevant class. £10 Adults, £4 U16
- If you're a BRCA member, please can all new racers bring their BRCA membership cards however if you are not a member, you can attend 3 meetings before joining.
Parking:
- Please park in the main car park round to the right as you approach the Community Centre. The hall is directly accessible from the car park.
Pit Tables / Seating Arrangements:
- Please remember your pit mat to protect the tables provided. There is now enough chairs so no need to bring your own.
Tyres / Class Specific Rules:
GT12 vehicles running control tyres are eligible for Championship but please feel free to join in the racing if you're running other tyres.
Frontie Rules: 4.5 FDR or higher and 17,500rpm limit on the ESC. This brings us inline with Hinckley and MICC.
