It's our September meeting!If the theme looks familiar, it's because it is! August was busy and we decided to push our topic back to September.
This month we're going to continue with our theme of progressing through the brewing process, and we'll go over the pros and cons of kegging, bottling, and even canning.
Plenty of hands-on gear to check out, cost breakdowns, usability (and re-usability), and more.
As usual, we'll sample each other's brews, give feedback on what we like, what seems off, and how to improve.
If anyone wants to bring a sampling of their creation so we can practice our BJCP judging techniques, please do so.
As always, please thank our host, Craig, by purchasing your supplies through the Billings Homebrewers' Supply store, and bring a friend. Our monthly meetings are open to everyone interested in the brewing process - whether they're brewers or not.
