Gather in community as we connect and restore our mind, body, and spirit in a safe & supportive environment. The theme for February’s Rays of Light Reiki Circle is “SELF-LOVE.” February is often associated with sharing and expressing our love to others, yet we often overlook the importance of loving ourselves first. What does it mean to truly love yourself— with strengths as well as "weaknesses?" How can Reiki help us love ourselves unconditionally, "flaws" and all? Join Reiki Master Practitioner Nadine Schmidt of Healing Sun Reiki (Wise Moon Healing Sun) for a small & intimate group gathering where you can release any blockages that keep you from the love you so truly deserve from yourself. Reiki helps us connect with our true nature, so that we can see the beauty of our own inner light, and love more deeply.. from the inside out.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, journaling prompts, and even oracle cards, we will explore themes of love, grace, and compassion towards ourselves. By allowing Reiki to hold us, we invite gentle healing in whatever form our mind, body, and soul is asking for through this often-challenging time of year. Nadine will share Reiki with the group to help each person relax and integrate any personal intentions. Participants have the option to experience Reiki either hands-on or through no-touch.
"Rays of Light" Reiki Circle is an invitation to take some time out for yourself and find community-- a compassionate space to turn inward, rest, and reconnect to your own inner light while witnessing the light of others in a safe, welcoming space. Now more than ever, it is important to recognize that light, in ourselves and each other. My intention with "Rays of Light" is to remind us of our true nature through the power of Reiki, so we can see that, TOGETHER, we can shine even brighter.
