About this Event
Writer, coach, and founder of Moments of Sense & Style (MOSS), Syreeta Challinger, will explore the transformative power of creativity in overcoming personal adversity, with the official launch of her much-anticipated eBook, “100 Little Ways Through. Rays of hope to cope with tough times.”
In 2014, Syreeta’s husband Rob suffered an unexpected brain haemorrhage and stroke. This life-changing event pushed Syreeta to find new ways to navigate life’s challenges. She will share how she used creativity to cope with grief, find peace and rebuild her life.
The book, which offers practical and heartfelt advice, offers readers a thoughtful toolkit. Its launch, which marks the 10th anniversary Rob’s stroke, is in conjunction with his exhibition at No.6 Gallery, Bruton.
“I want to share how healing is not linear, and it often comes in small, unexpected ways. I hope that ‘100 Little Ways Through’ can offer comfort and practical guidance to anyone who feels overwhelmed, lost, or unsure of how to move forward. Creativity saved me and Rob in many ways, and I believe it’s a tool anyone can use to navigate tough times.”
Syreeta’s mindful, intentional approach to life, focuses on creating moments of calm and connection in our everyday routines.
