RAYO 2025 BREAKFAST FOR DINNER GALA

Join us at Sketchbook Brewery, Saturday, March 22nd, 6pm for Rayo’s inaugural Gala! We will be celebrating Rayo’s 2nd anniversary, first-year of wins, and look ahead to Rayo’s exciting next phase! We'll be serving breakfast for dinner while centering and uplifting Chicago's mental health community and those who make the work we do possible.

The Breakfast for Dinner Gala promises to be more than just a fundraiser - it will be a celebration of milestones, an opportunity to learn about Rayo’s unique, collective approach to community mental health, a chance to participate in Rayo’s mission of promoting mental health autonomy and non-coercive care, and a place to connect with individuals and organizations committed to making a positive impact in this space.

Looking to donate beyond the price of a ticket? Sponsorship packages with tickets are available for donations of $500 or more!

Every contribution helps us sustain and grow vital mental health services for Chicagoans in need. Your contributions enable Rayo to:

• Provide free and low-fee services to uninsured and underinsured individuals
• Hire staff with lived experience to provide peer support and crisis intervention
• Offer free community meals, art workshops, skill shares, and technical training
• Operate a free peer space for community members to gather and engage
• Increase advocacy for clients and provide advocacy trainings to the community
• Maintain a sustainable work environment for community mental health providers

General Admission Ticket: $150

By purchasing a general admission ticket, you are not only joining us for a memorable evening, but also supporting Rayo’s mission! Each ticket provides funding for one hour of psychotherapy for an uninsured or underinsured Rayo client, directly impacting the lives of individuals in need of mental health support.

Friends of Rayo Discounted Ticket: $50 (20 available)

This ticket tier is for professionals in Chicago's mental health community and other supporters of Rayo’s mission who need to purchase tickets at a discounted rate.

At Rayo, we believe cost should never be a barrier to connection and celebration. If you'd like to attend but cannot purchase a full-priced ticket, this tier is for you! However, if you are financially able to purchase a full-priced ticket, we kindly encourage you to do so to ensure these discounted tickets remain available for those who need them. Please note that availability for this tier is limited.

Community Member Ticket: $25 (20 available)

This ticket tier is specially designed for clients and participants within Chicago's vibrant mental health community. Join us at Rayo Counseling and Community Co-op’s Inaugural Gala to celebrate the power of connection, support, and shared resilience.

As a community member, your presence is a vital part of this event as we celebrate the individuals at the heart of Rayo’s mission and existence!

Donation levels and packages:

$250 Donation (includes 1 event ticket)

• A $250 donation provides 4 weekly community meals.
• Includes free event t-shirt or organization name listed as supporter on event program.

$500 Donation (includes 1 event ticket)

• A $500 donation provides vital access to client emergency funds including rent and utility assistance, emergency shelter, protective clothing and accessories (i.e. winter gear) and transportation assistance.
• Includes 2 event t-shirts or your organization’s logo listed as a supporter on the event program and verbal acknowledgment during the event.

$1000 Donation (includes 2 event tickets)

• A $1000 donation provides 20 hours of Peer Community Support (i.e. 1:1 peer support, crisis support, activities, outings and events) “Nothing About Us Without Us!”
• Swag Bag or your organization logo listed as a co-sponsor on the event program and Rayo’s website, and verbal acknowledgment during the event.

$1500 Donation (includes 4 event tickets)

• A $1500 donation provides one 6-week Art Workshop or Technical Skills Training course for Milieu Program participants.
• Swag Bag and your organization logo listed as co-sponsor on the event t-shirt, event program, Rayo’s website, and in Rayo’s newsletter. Also verbal acknowledgement during the event.
