For 12 years we've been transforming guns into garden tools, art and jewelry while providing and promoting nonviolent conflict resolution skills and working in prevention and postvention spaces connected to gun violence.We have garden tools and art and jewelry for sale to support our work as well as an opportunity to make your own necklace with a heart made from a gun barrel. (Did you know St. Valentine was a war resister?!) Donations appreciated!
We're in this for the long haul. We don't give up nonviolence because tension or violence escalates, we lean into our transformative practices that compel others to join in.
We'll also have our forge and anvil set up (weather dependent) so you can take a turn with the hammer and help transform a destroyed fire arm into a garden tool. (this might help get some of that bad energy you've been feeling out in a positive way!)
