Day 1. RECONNECT
Confident in own skin. Clarity "on the canvas" for the life you want to experience. Activate excitement of possibilities. We will be in nature reconnecting to self and through breath & yoga to crack open your heart.
Day 2. RAW
Acceptance of her. Tap into suppressed rage as powerful & loud as it wants to come out. Movement = movement. Face off any fear. Celebrate you. Be. A dance with the masculine and feminine. deep connection with self through the amazing self-connecting journey of Sensual Embodied Dance®
Day 3. RECLAIM
Be with self without the noise. In shadow and light. What does she desire? Believe it to create it.
Meals & Accommodation
All meals are provided. Mixture of raw, vegan & whole-foods throughout breakfast/ lunch/ dinners.
