2024 Deadlift 4 Dogs
This is a charity event with all profits from the event being donated to RSPCA Port Macquarie.
This event is a DEADLIFT ONLY event run like a powerlifting meet where you have 3 attempts to perform your heaviest deadlift on the day. This is a fun event where we want to give back to an organisation that means so much to anyone that loves animals.
You don't have to be able to deadlift large numbers, but we encourage you to just come and give it a go. This is a great stepping stone into our Novice Powerlfiting comp in November, giving you a taste of what a competition is like without large amounts of pressure.
Being a friendly event, there aren't to many rules except NO STRAPS, NO HITCHING & NO DEADLIFT SUITS. Sumo, Conventional, Chalk, Belt all allowed.
