Back by popular demand - my white and coloured intermediate chocolate-making workshop!! Some knowledge of making basic raw chocolate is useful but not essential.
Take your chocolate-making skills to a whole new level for times when you want to explore your creative side within your chocolate creations or when you desire to make something a bit special as a present or to treat YOU!
This Winter workshop is perfectly times to make Christmas gifts OR some healthy treats for you or your family.
Cacao is a powerhouse of nutrients and can balance your mood boost your hormones and enhance your wellbeing!!
All the ingredients are plant-based so everything we make will be naturally dairy-free and vegan. And because we use plant-based sweeteners the chocolate is refined-sugar free too!
Once you've been to this workshop you'll be able to make fancy beautiful colourful healthy chocolates anytime!
As well as learning how to make white chocolate that we'll then colour (as well as re-capping on the basic dark choc recipe) you'll also receive:

You'll be in good hands as I've been making & teaching classes in healthy/raw chocolate-making since 2010. I also hold a diploma in naturopathic nutrition so will weave in nutritional insight alongside.
