Join food writer and chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley as she teaches advanced techniques for making different types of stuffed pasta: homemade ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, and caramelle. Hands-on learning makes the process fun and accessible. Learn to make pasta dough with perfect consistency using a stand mixer pasta attachment. Most of the class is spent rolling, cutting, and sealing the pasta into various shapes and sizes.
