About this Event
Chef Fermine Torres of Venezia Restaurant is back at it! We're going to be pairing 5 of his homemade raviolis with 5 of our wines! Raviolis are to include:
1. Ricotta and Nutmeg
2. Butternut Squash with a brown butter sage sauce drizzled with truffle oil
3. Sundried Tomato and Basil
4. Mushroom and Alfredo sauce
5. Spinach and Gorgonzola
Each wine is paired with a specific ravioli and while the pairing is taking place will be discussed as well as how we make our wines!
