Get ready for something different. This is fitness meets rave — a high-energy circuit workout wrapped in EDM vibes, beats, and disco lights. Move through sweaty, beat-driven circuits as a live DJ drops bass-heavy tracks and boots & cats, while you let the music guide your intensity and flow.
This isn’t a class you endure. It’s a shared experience you feel — like a party where the movement itself becomes the beat. Whether you’re a workout junkie, a dancer, a basshead, or just hungry for an experience that feels like more than a workout, this is for YOU!
The workout flows in timed circuits designed to match the energy of the music. You will cycle through 3–5 basic, functional movements using a 45 seconds on, 15 seconds off format, repeating the same sequence for 10–20 minutes. Movements rotate between lower body, upper body, and core so the whole body stays engaged while your heart rate stays elevated. Expect 3-4 rounds with modfications of each move to meet you at your level. The DJ controls the energy waves, building intensity through the set and easing it back down, letting you move hard when the bass hits and recover when it fades.

GOOD TO KNOW
• This is a workout disguised as a rave. Expect sweat.
• All fitness levels welcome. You choose your intensity at all times.
• No choreography and no experience required. Just follow the movement.
• Wear athletic clothes you can move and sweat in. Neon encouraged.
• Bring water. Hydration is not optional.
• Intense lighting and sound, use discretion if sensitive.
• You can step out, rest, or modify movements anytime.
• This is a substance-free event. High energy is supplied by music and movement.
• Arrive early to settle in and catch the full experience. Doors at 5pm, workout starts at 5:30
• Respect the space, the music, and each other. PLUR always applies.
Contraindications
Rave Workout involves moderate to high intensity movement, loud music, and dynamic lighting. This event may not be appropriate for individuals with heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent surgery or injury, joint conditions that limit impact, or sensitivity to strobe lights or lasers. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure if this type of activity is safe for you, consult a healthcare professional before attending. Participation is voluntary and all movements can be modified or skipped at any time. Listen to your body and take breaks as needed.
By registering, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in a physical fitness event and assume all risks associated with participation. You confirm that you are physically able to take part and understand the nature of the event. You agree to release the facility, organizers, and facilitators from any liability related to participation.
