With only 20 seats available this intimate evening offers the chance to savor a bespoke tasting menu each course expertly paired with his signature cherry-hued Ratafia Rossi liqueur.
Simone a prominent figure in Hong Kong’s bar scene and the former Director of Bars at Rosewood Hong Kong has spent three years perfecting his Ratafia drawing inspiration from a centuries-old Italian tradition. Known for his bold creativity Simone’s passion has earned him accolades such as the World Class Country Winner title in 2018.
The menu includes soulful dishes like Risotto Alla Milanese with Beef Cheek Ragout paired with the effervescent #Enjoy as you like cocktail and Wagyu Chuck Flap with red wine sauce complemented by the rich and complex Mon Chéri. For the grand finale enjoy a decadent Valrhona chocolate trio perfectly matched with a vintage pour of Ratafia Rossi La Vecchia.
