RAT-IPTP 2022! (3rd & 10th November)As you all know November is right around the corner & that means the annual Intiensive Personal Training Program course will again be held at the "end" of the year before the holidays season kicks in.
This is THE main event we all have been training towards. That means all other "phase" classes will be cancelled so that this event can take place. This is where you get to really test your game where we add in all the "trimmings" so to speak ?
We are currently working on the "essentials" for this IPTP.
