Welcome to the Rasa Yoga Community Yoga Class! Join us for a free all levels flow at Rasa Yoga School of Ayurveda Yoga-Ohio. Restorative Yoga is a slower paced class where poses are held for 3-5 minutes with props, great for calming and relaxing. See you on the mat!
