In 3 weeks you will learn:
- Learn to physical alignment points to build a sustainable structure. There's a saying, "How the foundation goes, so goes the house." Practice building from the ground up to create a strong a stable body. You'll be introduced to the concept of the "3 Bodies" in Ayurveda Yoga philosophy.
