Potluck:
All members: please bring a dish or drinks to share with your fellow RAS members.
We need a few members to bring a turkey and a ham.
We need a few members to help set up tables with tablecloths and decorations.

Photos:
The Photo Presentation component of the Annual Potluck remains a very popular and fun RAS annual activity. We are treated to such wonderful bird pics every year!
We are welcoming photo submissions closer to the event date.
Photo Submission Guidelines:
Photos should be bird-related and from this year: 2025.
Please limit yourself to 5 photos for submission.
Prefer no video files (due to technical considerations).

‘Want to submit your bird photos to us?’ > Guidelines
Presentation Guidelines:
Each member will be expected to provide a brief presentation describing your photos.
Asking the audience to ID the bird species is totally acceptable (and fun).
Please be courteous of others regarding the length of your commentary.
