Join us weekly for unforgettable in-person pop-up classes at the nvrlnd. arts foundation in Ramsey, Calgary. Classes will be visible and bookable two-weeks in advance: Wednesday nights, beginning January 17, 2023.
Step onto your yoga mat with Rare Method Founder and Director of Shift, , for an hour of somatic-informed movement, meditation, breathwork and self-inquiry designed to recalibrate your state for lasting shifts on and beyond your mat.
In this class Randelle will guide you through Rare Method's signature class – Rare Complete, an infusion of Somatic Experiencing techniques with flow yoga, breathwork and deliberate pause intended to meet you in the moment and move with you as you ride the range of your nervous system – up shift, down shift, be with you state.

Doors Open: 535pm, for a prompt 545pm start (doors close 1 minute before class)
What to bring: yoga mat, blocks (if you use them), water vessel, dress in layers for movement and stillness, jounal (optional personal touch) + YOU, just as you are.
