Offering insight into a journey with bipolar disorder, this exhibition of artworks & writingsby Steven McCrystal aims to tackle the stigma attached to mental health and demonstrate
the power of art as therapy. The hope is, that Steven's work, will open up honest conversations
about mental health to create a better understanding of the challenges for people living with
bipolar disorder and other mental health conditions.
Please join us for the opening at 7pm Friday 14th March.
The exhibition will be on daily from 10am - 3pm until 28th March
