Come join us for clear-minded productivity at the Cedar Rapids Public Library! Greg Happel, black belt in HapKiDo, teaches the Randori Life Method which uses martial arts concepts as a basis to defeat overwhelm and anxiety about getting things done. It uses the whole body so we teach breathing & movement as well as some real self defense. The movement generates power not just to check things off a list but to take steps to become who you want to be.
