A Tandem deadlift is a two person deadlift, which offers a degree of timing and teamwork to get the bar off the floor to lockout .
To offer a degree of Randomness and fun.
If you would like to enter the random tandem deadlift. Let one of fats team know and we will enter you into the draw .
The draw will be drawn at the end of Gripmas 14th December.
From then you and your tag team partner have time plan and practice. For the 8th February.
We have random trophies to be won from winter warriors to summer samurai etc
