Join us at That Little Yoga Place in Moruya on Saturday 19 April, 2025 for 1.5 hours of deep rest.Allow yourself some time to do less and deeply rest as you immerse into a combination of Restorative Yoga and Reiki to assist your body to release, restore, relax, recover and heal.
We have everything you need including bolsters, pillows, cushions, eye pillow and blankets here at the studio so that you can be comfortable and supported.
We suggest to come wearing comfortable cloths, properly hydrated and avoid too much food or coffee before the session.
There are limited numbers for this Immersion as we keep them super intimate (max 6ppl) so bookings are essential.
