This is an all level friendly class that's perfect for beginners, and experienced yogis. Relax and unwind in this hour long class, set to the melodic sounds old and new R&B music. BYOM = Bring your own mat. Doors will open 30 minutes before class begins at noon, and you'll have time at the end of class to mingle. A giveaway and a short guided meditation will be included. I beleive yoga is a form of self care, which is a form of self love. So grab your mat, invite a friend, and join me for R&B Yin Yoga.
