Taught by an active Birth Doula, this one-time class allows expectant parents to spend time practicing labor comfort techniques. Emphasis is placed on breathing, relaxation, massage and the use of a variety of focal points. The class includes a "comfort kit" which includes a relaxation DVD, and a selection of relaxation tools for labor.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring two pillows, lotion, a blanket and an item from the baby's room (stuffed animal/toy).
