The ranch cowboys of the western world are celebrated each year at the Black Hills Stock Show’s Ranch Rodeo.The Ranch Rodeo is one of the Black Hills Stock Show's most popular events with cash and prizes awarded to teams from the five-state region competing for top honors. Since it started in the mid 1980s, the Stock Show’s Ranch Rodeo has been the highlight for many ranch rodeo teams.
Teams are comprised of four people, who will compete in three preliminary events for the chance to make the finals.
