Acknowledgment and Assumption of Risk:

By purchasing a ticket to "Ramjhat Garba Night 2024," I, the purchaser, acknowledge that participation in the event involves activities such as physical exertion, dancing, and cultural performances, which carry inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other accidents.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation and the participation of those for whom I am purchasing tickets, including minors, and understand that these risks may arise from the negligence of the event organizers, other participants, or third parties.

Release and Waiver:

In consideration of being allowed to participate in "Ramjhat Garba Night 2024," I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, as well as on behalf of any minors for whom I am purchasing tickets, hereby release, waive, and discharge Indians in Calgary, collaborating organizations, event sponsors, volunteers, and any associated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or causes of action that may arise from or relate to participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Medical Treatment:

I understand that in the event of an injury or illness, reasonable efforts will be made to contact emergency services or a medical professional. I consent, on behalf of myself and any minors for whom I am purchasing tickets, to receive medical treatment deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident, or illness during this event.

Photography and Media Release:

I grant permission to Indians in Calgary and collaborating organizations to use any photographs, videos, or other media taken of me and any minors for whom I am purchasing tickets during the event for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, and other publications, without compensation or further consent.

Acknowledgment of Understanding:

By purchasing tickets to this event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability on behalf of myself and any minors for whom I am purchasing tickets. I understand that this agreement constitutes a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

By completing the purchase, I certify that I am either the parent or legal guardian of any minors for whom I am buying tickets or have the legal authority to agree to this waiver on their behalf.

For Any Minors:

By purchasing tickets, the purchaser affirms they are the parent/legal guardian or have the authority to agree to this waiver for the minors attending the event.
