Join us for a fun and creative wheel throwing class focused on making your very own Ramen, Soup or Salad bowl!We recommend having taken at least a basic wheel class or knowledge of how to center on your wheel, though all skill levels are welcome. In this class our focus is on centering clay, pulling tall walls and forming a shape that's both beautiful and practical for every day use!
The cost of this class is $60/person, just a $10 deposit is required to reserve your space on the wheel. That $10 will be applied to your total at the end of class. Class takes approximately 1.5-2hours and we recommended that each attendee be at least 13 years of age.
Projects created on the wheel will need to be dried and fired.
Once fired, staff will dip your piece in glaze color(s) of your choosing and it will be glaze fired. Final pieces will be ready for pick up in 3-5 weeks.
You also have the option to paint your own pieces at Fire Escape for an additional fee. Pieces will be bisque fired and ready to paint in 2-3 weeks.
