Thank you so much everyone for the responses it truly is awesome to see alot of people showing their love towards ramen and willing to hang out and have fun building connections with each other ✨As voted by lots of people it's settled that the event will happen on 17th January 2025.
Regarding timing I have talked to the person in charge of ramen ezo and informed me if any case will manage to be a group of 5 people or more it's best that we meet up at the restaurant at around 6:00 - 6:15pm so they can setup a table for us to eat together since unfortunately they don't accept bookings for what I was informed. 🙏
in terms of some questions I also asked to cater for people.
question 1
in case I am allergic to a specific ingredient in ramen can they remove it for me?
answer: I asked them and unfortunately they cannot remove anything in ramen and cater for people for allergies unless they are toppings but other then that unfortunately you would need to find something on the menu that is safe and ideal for you.
Question 2:
if we arrive around 6:20 pm or later is that ok?
Answer: should be ok but beware the late you arrive the very likley that if the seats end up being filled up by people that already showed up before us then will end losing our seats because they don't allow booking it's basically first come and first served so please I highly recommend by at the restaurant around the given time
