About this Event

Sponsored by Urban Idyll theater, in support of the development of Richard Byrne's play, "Congressman Davy". Dean is collaborating with Richard on songs for the play.

Dean co-founded the Chicago band, the Waco Brothers, along with Jon Langford in 1994. The band's "Cash meets Clash" sound is considered a touchstone in Alternative Country music. The band released a dozen records on the Bloodshot Records label. Dean will be performing songs from the play, songs he wrote for the Waco Brothers, and songs he has written for various solo projects over the past 30 years.

The plan is for the show to be outdoors, but it will take place rain or shine. Please inquire about alley access if necessary (no stairs).
