This 110 acres of Ancient Semi Natural Woodland is home to a great deal of geological and biological surprises that you may generally miss on your regular visit.
I am Sam, and I would like to introduce you to the undiscovered and unkonwn parts of this beautiful woodland, including natural and man-made features, plus getting to know some of its most precious, secretive and oldest residents.
Come to learn about the trees, the flowers, birds and the bees. Find out what all the channels are used for that zig zag the woodland, and why the site is so important for local wildlife and geology.
Come and join me to discover more about the Outwoods. Where it came from, how it has changed, why it needs to change again, and more importantly, who and what will benefit fromt the work we do here, in the generations to follow.
