As Ramadan approaches, many of us long to enter the month with greater clarity, intention, and presence—yet often feel unsure where to begin.
Join us for our 6th annual Ramadan Prep Seminar, Ramadan Renewal, where we will explore the fiqh of fasting alongside spiritual and practical guidance to help you prepare for the blessed month ahead. This seminar is designed to support you in realigning your heart, intentions, and daily rhythms, so you can enter Ramadan with mindfulness rather than overwhelm.
In addition to our learning and reflection, we are excited to partner with Yalla Sis for an interactive brain-break session featuring Kahoot and a Ramadan Bingo activity—creating space for connection, joy, and community as we prepare for the month together.
Together, we will reflect on how to approach fasting with depth and balance, tend to the inner work of renewal, and set sustainable intentions that carry you through—and beyond—Ramadan.
