$10 donation from entry going directly to Roquel.
Side Pot: $50 (for 16 teams or fewer)
Calcutta: for 17 or more teams

Race to 5 β Round Robin Format
Teams will be randomly drawn & divided into smaller brackets of 5β6 teams
1.5 hours per round (maximum of 5 rounds)
Points awarded for overall team wins
Tiebreaker Example:
If two teams (for example, Team 1 and Team 4) both finish with 4 points, the tiebreaker will be determined by who won the most individual games between those two teams β not by total matches.

Tournament Disclaimer:
1. Skill Level Lock: All skill levels will be locked 7 days prior to the tournament. No changes will be accepted after this period.
2. Accuracy of Information: Players are solely responsible for providing accurate and truthful information regarding their skill levels across all formats and leagues (APA, BCA, APL, NAPA, FARGO, TAP, USALP, and any others). The highest skill level from all leagues will be used for tournament placement. Providing inaccurate or falsified information will result in disqualification without a refund.
3. Fargo Ratings: A Fargo rating with 200 robustness is required to be considered an established skill level. If a player does not have an established Fargo rating, the Tournament Director (TD) reserves the right to assign a temporary rating based on league and tournament play, known ability, and other factors. This temporary rating will only apply to this specific tournament. Future tournaments may have different rating assignments at the discretion of their respective directors.
4. Skill Level Assessment: We will use the highest skill level available in 8-ball (for 8 ball formats) 9-ball (for 9 or 10 ball formats), unless otherwise stated in Event information, from any accessible league databases (DC, Maryland, PA, etc.). If you do not play APA, a skill level may be assigned to you based on your ratings in other leagues and converted(BCA, TAP, Fargo, etc.).
5. Active Roster Requirement: To ensure your skill level is considered valid and not subject to TD discretion, you must be active on a roster and have completed 20 matches in the last 2 calendar years.
6. Disqualification Policy: Failure to provide accurate and highest skill level information will result in disqualification of you and your team from the tournament. No refunds, including entry fees and Calcutta, will be provided in cases of disqualification.
7. Tournament Director Discretion: The Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust a playerβs skill level throughout the tournament if new information is provided, or based on known ability and other factors.
