"A comet has landed in the Empire of the Iron Mountains! Not long after, a mysterious field referred to as "the shimmer" has emerged from the comet and is slowly spreading to the surrounding environment. A scouting team was sent in to the Shimmer to locate the source of the shimmer and to determine the cause of the phenomenon. However, soon after entering, contact with the scouting party was lost. With the fate of the scouting party unknown, and the cause of the shimmer still unexplained, it is up to you and your party to venture in to the shimmer and rescue the original scouting party if possible.
