Why It Matters
Since 2017, Raising Spirits has raised over $430,000 for vital mental health services including the Summit: Marian & Jim Sinneave Centre for Youth Resilience, Acute at Home services, and Emerging Adults programs.
This year, our goal is to surpass $500,000 raised in total — and your ticket purchase helps get us there.
The Challenge in 2025
The Alberta Children’s Hospital has seen a 52% increase in children requiring inpatient mental health care. Space is limited, facilities are outdated, and young patients in crisis need more therapeutic, calming environments. Funds raised will help transform high observation rooms into youth-friendly, purpose-built spaces that reduce the time patients remain in acute distress.
