Grab your buddies and test your skills on the course in this exciting tournament with prizes to give away! Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, this event is perfect for golfers of all levels. Don't miss out on the chance to compete, make new friends, and support a great cause. This fundraiser is to benefit Robbie Walsh & the Walsh Family. Robbie is the son of Greg and Kailey Walsh. He is the Grandson of Audie and Kiisha Hanks, who are Crowley, LA natives, long-time community partners, and business owners. Robbie and his family live near Dallas, TX but they receive so much support, love, and prayers from their family and friends all around the world (Louisiana, Texas, Florida, South Africa, etc.) This fundraiser hopes to bring together that love and support in "Raising Robbie."
Robbie was born 5/5/2024 with a birth injury, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). It is a brain injury that occurs when a baby's brain doesn't receive enough oxygen or blood flow during birth. Robbie is G-Tube dependent and has been diagnosed with Medic*tion resistant epileptic seizures and an additional rare form of epilepsy called infantile spasms (IS), which are developmentally detrimental. Robbie is still on his journey of growth, development, and finding medications that work for him. Meeting his needs is a full-time job. This fundraiser is to benefit Robbie and various medical necessities that come with his diagnosis. Robbie sees 19 providers (and counting) of pediatric specialists and pediatric home health therapists. His life requires constant intervention, diagnostic tests, medical equipment, and supplies. All proceeds will go towards Robbie and his family to help lift the impacts of these needs!
