Join us at the West Sacramento Community Center | Black Box for an engaging event focused on raising resilient teens. This is a must-attend gathering for mental health practitioners and educators looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in supporting teenagers. Learn valuable strategies, share experiences, and earn 2 hours of continuing education. Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adolescents!

This in-person training, hosted by Wholehearted Publishing, is designed for therapists, counselors, teachers, and other professionals who work with adolescents. The program is led by Dr. Amanda Morris, Dr. Ben Houltberg, and Dr. Lana Beasley, renowned experts in adolescent development and trauma-informed care. It offers an in-depth exploration of how to support teens during this critical stage of life.

Participants will gain practical skills and insights into addressing the complex challenges that adolescents face, including trauma, emotional regulation, identity formation, and family dynamics. The training provides evidence-based approaches for fostering resilience, understanding adolescent behavior, and promoting healthy development. Through case studies, role-play demonstrations, and interactive discussions, attendees will leave equipped with tools to enhance their practice and make a lasting impact on the young people they serve.

The workshop emphasizes creating trauma-informed environments where teens can thrive and empowering adolescents to develop healthy relationships, set boundaries, and align their actions with their core values. Join us to deepen your understanding of adolescent growth and learn strategies to guide teens toward wholeness.

2 Hours of Continuing Education will be awarded to Therapists, Social Workers, and Counselors.
