Learn new strategies to help your kids recognize and accept feelings, develop a positive outlook, and deal with stress at this FREE seminar.
About this Event

This parenting seminar teaches the building blocks and life skills that help children manage their emotions and teaches parents how they can promote these skills at home. We also discuss what emotional resilience is and why it is beneficial for children.

All in-person participants will receive a free $10 gas gift card. Snacks will be provided.
