Mark your calendars and bring your family and friends for an afternoon of hope, fun, and community support — all to help an amazing little girl and her family during their fight for healing.
Raelyn, who just turned 8 years old, was born with congenital heart disease (CHD) and has already endured four open-heart surgeries in her short life. Since her most recent surgery on March 19, 2025, Raelyn has faced serious complications and has spent most of this time at Golisano Children’s Hospital in Rochester, NY. On July 17th, she will be transferred to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for more procedures and surgery, in the hope of finding answers and relief.
This journey has taken an emotional and financial toll on her family, so we’re coming together to Raise Hope for Rae and remind them they are not alone!
