We will be meeting at the space pictured above. Room for 30 people only. Waitlist will open after fills up.

Doors open at 8:30am, Saturday morning
Opening Circle begins at 9am
Yoga begins around 10am
We'll move and breathe gently and slowly ignite your internal fire.
The room will not be heated. As a matter of fact, I like to practice with open air and fresh breeze if the temp is right. I do like it warm for practice. It makes the cool down and rest much more blissful!
BRING YOUR OWN PROPS, TOWELS, WATER, ETC
We break for food and community at 12pm (food and coffee/water provided)
Reconvene at 1pm for seated practices, yoga talk, meditation, end with closing chants.
Group pics and individual photo opportunities.
Clean and leave by 2pm
