This Snow Moon, join us for an afternoon of simple, nourishing practices to help you pause, reset, and raise your vibration in everyday life.

With Sam – Learn how mindful nutrition can lift your energy and mood, and enjoy some gentle, grounding movement to help release tension and reconnect with your body.
With Sarah – Settle into a soothing mini sound bath and explore practical ways to raise your vibration from the outside in, through sound, crystals, and small daily rituals to support calm and clarity.
A gentle, restorative afternoon to help you feel lighter, clearer, and more connected as we move through the heart of winter.
What to bring:
A Yoga or Pilates mat, a pillow and a blanket for the sound bath.
A pen and paper if you'd like to take any notes but handouts will be provided.
Light refreshments will be provided.
